    THIS IS A 12"D X 3"H VINTAGE BLACK BAKELITE ROULETTE WHEEL MADE BY AP GAMES AND MADE IN THE U.S.A. IT DOES HAVE THE BALL BUT NOT SURE IF THAT IS ORIGINAL. THE INNER WHEEL IS STEEL AND IS 6 1/4"D. THERE ARE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PLAY WRITTEN BY THE H. BARON CO. THIS BELONGED TO MY PARENTS FROM THE 1950'S. IT IS HEAVY.
