This gorgeous octogon shape diamond ring is crafted from 14k yellow and white gold featuring an octagonal shape at the top in white gold decorated with 75 points diamond. A 22k Liberty gold coin with the Queen's Head is mounted inside the octogon shape ring.  The shank and band is in 14k yellow gold.
