Johnny Musso is a former college running back who played from 1969 to 1971 and was an All-American at Alabama for the legendary Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant. In 1971 Johnny led the Crimson Tide to undefeated regular season before they lost in the Orange Bowl to No. 1 ranked Nebraska. Johnny then chose to play in the Canadian Football League where he played for 3 seasons and was an All-Star. He also played a season in the WFL and 3 seasons with the Chicago Bears of the NFL. However, he was always a true Alabama favorite and he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2000.
