Customers need to request an RA (Return Authorization) for returns within 30 days of purchase. Gilded_Inc reserves the right to impose a minimum restocking fee of 15% for returning an item that is unopened and in brand new condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We offer a 1 year exchange warranty against manufacturer defects. If a item is returned as defective within 30 days and is found not to be it will be subject to a restocking fee.
