Instructions for use of Tire Changer:
First of all, remove the utensils and sundries that hinder the operation on and near the tire cutting machine, and check whether all parts of the machine are normal.
Secondly, when the tire is trimmed, the air in the tire is completely purged, and all the lead blocks on the steel rim are removed.
Put the tire in the tire squeezing position, and use the rim release hoof to press the tire to separate it from the steel ring, so that the tire and the steel ring are completely separated.
During the extrusion process, hands and feet should be prevented from going deep into the extrusion arm. Take special care to deflate the tires when doing this step.
Move the tires to the disassembly table. At this time, avoid bumping the equipment. After the tires are placed, step on the pedal to hold (or clamp) the steel rim firmly. It is not allowed to use your fingers to check whether the steel rim is in the correct position. Install and disassemble the bird head, pay attention to the tightening and the position of the bird head away from the steel ring. The best position is 0.5 cm, and it is tightened after adjustment. During tire disassembly, when using a crowbar to pick the edge of the tire onto the bird's head, pay attention to the direction and strength of the crowbar, and never allow your hand to go deep into the gap.
At this time, step on the rotation pedal to make the tire cutting machine work table rotate clockwise, and then the outer side of the tire can be removed.
The inner tire can be removed in the same way. Pick the tire out of the rim.
