This is a Vintage Tall Unique Bulova The Time Shop Electrical Wall or Ceiling Clock
Displayed and hung previously from the ceiling by two loop hooks at the top of the case.  All words and graphics are embossed from the other side.  The center glass is a heavy type of plastic. Clock face does have a few areas of line scratches. Top and bottom metal case is textured.  See pictures.
